Why Platform came to us:

Platform is a Canadian-based enterprise software company and wanted an Austin-based search firm to secure someone who could grow their Dell business to much higher levels. They needed a search firm who understood how Dell operates and could easily navigate it for referrals.

How we helped:

We got to know Platform to understand their uniqueness so that we could better attract talent. We sourced current alliance managers from software vendors currently reselling in Dell. We called the HPCC team within Dell to get their suggestions on who they would like to see in the position.

The result:

A referral from the HPCC group was interviewed and chosen. He has been the catalyst to substantial growth in Platform's grid computing solutions in the Central US.
